Download the lastest version of TextMate

Open the application called Safari

Click the link in order to download the file

Once downloaded

Go to the downloads folder

Double click TextMate_blah.tbz

Click on the TextMate icon

Then close it down: menu TextMate/Quit TextMate

Copy the file onto your USB

Note: Do not keep the application on the colleges machines
